2. Service Pricing

All prices displayed on Energexes.us are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Certain services are displayed with a “Starting From” or “Starting At” price.

A starting price represents the minimum price for that particular service. Because many Energexes services are customized according to each client’s requirements, the final project price may vary depending on factors including:

  • Project scope

  • Number of pages or screens

  • Required functionality

  • Design complexity

  • Number of deliverables

  • Content requirements

  • Integrations

  • Number of revisions

  • Project duration

  • Technical requirements

  • Client-requested customizations

  • Third-party products or services

The final project scope and price will be communicated to the customer before payment is collected for the applicable work.

Energexes will not charge a customer an amount greater than the agreed price without first informing the customer and obtaining authorization for the additional work or charges.

3. Custom Quotations

Where a service cannot be provided for the standard starting price because of additional requirements, Energexes will provide the customer with a customized quotation.

The quotation may specify:

  • Service being purchased

  • Project scope

  • Deliverables

  • Final project price

  • Payment schedule

  • Estimated timeline

  • Revision allowance

  • Additional applicable conditions

The customer will have an opportunity to review and approve the quotation before the project begins.

Approval may be provided through written confirmation, electronic communication, an invoice payment, or another agreed method.

4. Purchases and Payments

Customers are responsible for reviewing the service description, project scope, price, and applicable policies before making payment.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment processors.

Energexes does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card details on its website where payment information is handled directly by the applicable payment processor.

Depending on the project, payment may be structured as:

  • Full payment in advance;

  • An initial deposit followed by a final payment;

  • Milestone payments; or

  • Recurring monthly payments for specifically identified recurring services.

The applicable payment structure will be communicated before payment.

5. No Hidden Charges

Energexes aims to provide transparent pricing.

Any services, features, revisions, functionality, or deliverables requested outside the originally agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

Before performing chargeable work outside the agreed scope, Energexes will communicate:

  • The additional requirement;

  • The applicable additional cost; and

  • Any impact on the project timeline.

Additional charges will not be applied without customer authorization.

6. Third-Party Costs

Unless specifically stated as included in a service package or quotation, Energexes service prices do not include third-party costs such as:

  • Domain registration

  • Website hosting

  • Software licenses

  • Premium plugins

  • Stock images or media

  • API usage fees

  • Advertising budgets

  • Publishing-platform fees

  • ISBN fees

  • Copyright registration fees

  • Printing charges

  • Shipping charges

  • App store fees

  • Subscription services

  • Other third-party products or services

Where possible, applicable third-party expenses will be communicated to the customer before they are incurred.

Third-party charges that have already been paid or committed on behalf of a customer may be non-refundable as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Recurring Services

Certain services may be offered on a monthly or recurring basis, including services such as:

  • SEO

  • Social media marketing

  • Digital marketing

  • Book marketing

  • Maintenance or support services

Recurring billing will only apply where the customer has agreed to purchase a recurring service.

The amount and billing frequency will be disclosed before recurring billing begins.

Customers may cancel future recurring services according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation of a recurring service stops future billing after the applicable cancellation becomes effective. Charges for work already completed or commenced may remain payable according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Energexes maintains a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy that explains:

  • When a customer may cancel a project;

  • Refund eligibility;

  • Refund percentages based on project progress;

  • Cancellation of recurring services;

  • Treatment of completed work;

  • Treatment of third-party expenses;

  • Refund request deadlines; and

  • Refund processing timeframes.

Customers should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a service.

By purchasing a service from Energexes, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where there is a conflict between a general statement in these Terms and the specific refund provisions contained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the specific Refund & Cancellation Policy will apply to refund and cancellation matters, subject to applicable law.

9. Project Commencement

A project may be considered started when Energexes performs work related to the customer’s order, including activities such as:

  • Research

  • Planning

  • Consultation

  • Design

  • Development

  • Writing

  • Editing

  • Illustration

  • Formatting

Refund eligibility after work begins is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for Energexes to perform the requested services.

Delays in providing required information may result in changes to the estimated project completion date.

11. Revisions and Changes

The number and scope of revisions included with a service may be stated in the service description, pricing package, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

A revision generally means a reasonable modification to work performed within the originally agreed project scope.

Requests that significantly change the original project requirements may be treated as additional work and may require an additional quotation.

Energexes will communicate applicable additional costs before performing chargeable work outside the agreed scope.

12. Project Timelines

Any project timeline or delivery date provided by Energexes is an estimate unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Project complexity

  • Changes requested by the customer

  • Customer response times

  • Delayed approvals

  • Missing information

  • Third-party services

  • Technical circumstances outside our control

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to the agreed schedule.

13. Intellectual Property

Website content belonging to Energexes, including our name, logo, graphics, website design, text, and proprietary materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

Intellectual property ownership for custom client projects may depend on the service purchased and the applicable project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership or usage rights for final client-specific deliverables may transfer after all applicable project payments have been received.

Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, stock media, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective third-party license terms.

14. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content, images, trademarks, manuscripts, videos, audio, data, or other materials they provide to Energexes.

Energexes is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from materials supplied by a customer without proper authorization.

Some Energexes services may involve third-party platforms such as:

Energexes does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, approvals, rankings, or decisions.

Customers may also be required to agree to the third party’s own terms and policies.

16. No Guarantee of Specific Business Results

Energexes will provide the professional services described in the applicable service scope, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
